After booking, you will receive a payment form. Once payment has been made, we will go ahead and confirm your reservation.

Full payment is required to book online. If you prefer to pay a 50% deposit to make the reservation, please contact us for more details.

With your booking confirmation, you will receive a link to your "Pre-Tour Guide", this will have information on how to prepare, where to meet, what to bring, what to expect, etc, so you can share with your group.

Prior to the day of the trip:

• 48 hours before departure: 100% refund
• 24 hours before departure: 50% deposit is non-refundable; change of date is subject to availability.

In case of port closure due to extreme weather: Full refund

In case of undesirable weather:

• We may offer to change the day or departure time to avoid the weather.
• If you are unable to reschedule, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

This policy does not apply to reservations made for Christmas or New Year’s Eve.

You will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances.
